Craig’s passion for construction and architecture can be traced back to his pre-professional days, when he played in his living room with Legos. Whether as a member of Aegis Properties or part of his former luxury home business, he has been on a real estate path from the start. Craig possesses the unique ability of being educated in multiple facets of real estate and construction as well as having an uncommon creative design perspective.

When he isn’t selling, building or designing, he is either running on his treadmill or running after his Labradoodles who love to counter surfer for goodies. His friends describe him as... “Kind and considerate. The kind of guy who borrows your car, and brings it back with the gas tank full.”

As a native New Yorker, Melissa‘s tenacity is readily evident and enhanced by her ambitious and generous nature. Much like a modern-day matchmaker, Melissa introduces her clients to prospective homes until they find the one they fall in love with. Her commitment, honesty and integrity, combined with knowledge, authenticity and enthusiasm is how she gets the job done. She has a keen eye for spotting “good bones“ and potential in a house. In her downtime, this avid bibliophile and amateur philanthropist wrecks her eyes reading. A self-taught cook she loves experimenting with new recipes, especially for her Shih-Tzu’s. She refers to them as her blanket sausages and they frequently put her through her paces.
